Un restaurant au niveau 0 et un espace bien-\u00eatre SPA au niveau 0 \u00e9galement et une r\u00e9sidence de tourisme de 21 logements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mode constructif de la r\u00e9sidence de tourisme sera en dalle et murs b\u00e9ton sauf aux derniers \u00e9tages : en charpente bois et ossature bois.
